Amy Schumer Validates Ashley Graham's Feelings

After being called out by model Ashely Graham for her reaction when labeled as "plus size," comedian Amy Schumer responded to Graham via Twitter. In an interview, the cover star of August's Cosmopolitan felt Schumer gave mixed messages when she publically balked over being included in a cover line of Glamour 's special issue dedicated to plus size women. "I can see both sides, but Amy talks about being a big girl in the industry," says Graham. "You thrive on being a big girl, but when you're grouped in with us, you're not happy about it? That, to me, felt like a double standard." Someone from Schumer's camp probably alerted her to today's news about Graham, and she took to Twitter this afternoon to issue a statement: As a reminder, this is why Schumer originally objected to being grouped in with Graham and Adele on the Glamour cover. It was over size, not beauty.
