Plus Sizes Get Animated

Two plus size clothing lines inspired by comic book characters Sailor Moon and Faith are in stores now. The Sailor Moon collection, a collaboration between Toei Animation and Torrid, will feature apparel inspired by the series’ characters including a dress inspired by the main character Usagi’s costume, a patchwork denim jacket and a tank top with the slogan “Moon Prism Power, Make Up.” The line is in stores and online today . Valiant Entertainment partnered with ThinkGeek and Elhoffer Design to develop The Faith Collection , a line of women's and unisex apparel inspired by Valiant's plus size superhero Faith "Zephyr" Herbert. Sizes range from S to 3XL.
