Plus size model Rosie Mercado has a new job title: Life Coach. Recently, she helped Revelist writer Jessica Torres get over her anxiety of dating as a plus size woman by giving her the "100 Date Challenge." In 90 day, Torres had to go out on 100 date. Nothing serious, and she was free to end dates if she felt no spark. This wasn't just any challenge.
