ELOQUII Pulls Ads from Fox News
Plus size retailer ELOQUII announced on Twitter that it has stopped advertising during "The Sean Hannity Show" on Fox News in light of the host’s defense of Alabama senate candidate Roy Moore.
According to The Wrap, coffee company Keurig first announced it pulled advertising on November 10 after Hannity questioned the motives of the women who accused Moore of propositioning them and urged against a rush to judgment on Moore during his show on November 9.
Past advertiser Realtor.com also confirmed it will not continue to support "The Sean Hannity Show" in the future. Other companies who pulled advertising from the Fox News show include genetic research company 23and Me and nutritional supplemental company Nature's Bounty.
Many Hannity supporters are targeting the companies' collective decision to stop airing ads during the show with hashtag campaigns on Twitter, but #boycottkeurig became a trending topic on Twitter as of Sunday afternoon.
