Old Navy Offers Plus Sizes in Select Stores

Earlier today, retailer Old Navy announced it will carry extended plus sizes–up to size 30–at 75 of its brick-and-mortar stores.

No longer an online-only offering, Old Navy's plus collection (up to size 30 and 4x ) in stores promises to be a more tactile experience for customers, with plus-specific mannequins, marketing photography and signage in the women's section as well.

However, after reviewing its store locator, many of Old Navy customers might have to take a road trip to shop. California has the most Old Navy plus sizes store–12– followed by Florida with eight, but there are only two stores in all of New York state and three in Texas.

No word yet whether Old Navy plans to extend its plus size line to more–or all–locations. Customers can now order the plus line from any store and receive free shipping, and it will also remain online.
